Terms of Submission

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily making this submission of material including ideas, suggestions, a certain premise, longline, story, treatment, script, synopsis, budget, schedule or other information (the “Unsolicited Material”) and Creatis, its employees, representatives, affiliates or assigns (“Creatis”) shall have no obligation to you of any kind in connection with the Unsolicited Material.

1. You represent and warrant that you are the creator, author, owner, or duly authorized representative of the Unsolicited Material, and that to your knowledge in the exercise of reasonable prudence you are not violating anyone’s rights, or any agreement or duty of confidentiality by submitting the Unsolicited Material.

2. You acknowledge that Creatis may have received similar or identical material from a third party which Creatis shall have the right to use, and you understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation in the event Creatis use of such other similar or identical material.

3. You hereby waive any claim to compensation or benefit in connection with the Unsolicited Material, or anything derived from the Unsolicited Material, and waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all claims, causes of action, suits, demands, or rights to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, whether arising in law, equity, statute, contract, or otherwise, arising out of or related to the Unsolicited Material, other than as may be subsequently agreed upon in writing.

4. You agree that there is no obligation for Creatis to review your submission or to engage with you regarding your submission.

5. You agree that there is no obligation to keep any Unsolicited Material confidential.

6. You acknowledge and agree that Creatis is not obligated to return the Unsolicited Material to you.

7. You release Creatis from any liability, loss or damage which may arise as a result of Creatis’ access to the Unsolicited Material.
